Tab Trade — What It Is
TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.
His background matters. It says the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But better than a random name you cannot trace.
They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade did the opposite. Interesting choice.
The instrument list: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that is a few months old, that coverage is solid.
What You Trade On
They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from one account. Many only give you one or the other. Getting both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Many people find it more natural once they try it.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for algo traders but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is apparently coming. That would make the platform set when it arrives.
Accounts and Pricing
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Suits beginners.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade does not.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.
Infrastructure
The execution is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. The average platform operate at a much wider range.
Should you care? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. The point is they invested in proper execution. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Put together that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering makes sense. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
Regulation
This is the part that matters. Tab Trade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
However. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. This does not guarantee anything. It does factor into your assessment.
The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that makes sense depends on you.
Deposit Bonus
Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker top up your balance. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.
